Capacity is set per class, and the waitlist moves on its own when someone drops out.
Base, build, peak and taper are four timetables, each set up once.
Capacity is set once on the class type and applies to every session, including privates. A private is simply a one-spot class.
Classes of different lengths share one timetable, and Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin are ready from setup.
With six spots a class, every spot counts. Capacity can be as low as 1, and it is never exceeded.

Set up the school year in one go. Every timetable has a start and an end date, and in June it stops on its own.
A course timetable is set up once and generates every week until the end of term.

Your usual week is written once and fills the next ones. When a class is full, newcomers join the waitlist. A cancellation gives the spot to the first in line.

Each person’s profile has their plan, attendance, payments and notes. Home flags anyone who stops coming.

Ask the agent
Ask in plain words, like “who owes me?” or “which classes stay empty?”. The answer comes from your space’s numbers. When something needs doing, it proposes and waits for you to confirm.
