For your members · Progress

Members log times and loads.
And see what has improved since March.

Every result is saved with a date, and each exercise knows which way is better. On a timed workout, lower is progress.

How it works

From class to personal best.
With the coach seeing the same thing.

  1. The coach runs class in Class mode

Who has arrived, the session plan in blocks and the results area, on one screen.

  2. The result is logged

A time, a load, a distance or reps, with a unit and a date. The member or the coach logs it.

  3. The member sees their progress

Consistency comes first: sessions per week and month by month. Personal bests come next, with the right sign.

  4. Anyone who wants to can compare

The class whiteboard and the space leaderboards rank results. Each person chooses whether to appear.

In your week

You already do this.
Here it is the same work, in one place.

Results already happen in every class. What changes is where they are kept.

  • Keeping class results

Without a systemThey stay on the whiteboard until the next class.

In RummoThey are logged, with a date and a unit.

  • Telling someone they improved

Without a systemIt depends on the coach remembering the last result.

In RummoThe personal best shows up on its own, with the right sign.

  • Commenting on a result

Without a systemIt is said at the end of class.

In RummoThe coach comments on the result, and the member is notified.

What is included

5 things working today.
5 on the free plan.

Lite is free up to its active member limit. Anything marked with another plan needs that plan.

Limits

What this part does not do

When a limit is lifted, it comes off this list.

  • Training programming

There is no automatic programming or periodisation. Rummo stores results, and the programming is yours.

  • Smartwatches and wearables

There is no smartwatch integration. Results are logged by the member or the coach.

  • History across spaces(planned)

Results stay in the space where they were logged. The account follows the member; the history does not, yet.

Questions about progress

Which plan is Progress on, and what does it cost?
Every plan, including Lite, which is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Beyond that, Pro starts at €29 a month + VAT.
Can I start on Lite and move to Pro later?
Yes, and nothing is lost. The owner starts a 14-day Pro trial from the Plan tab in Settings. Paid features switch on straight away, and a card is only needed before the 14 days are up.
Which exercises can be logged?
The ones you define. A result can be a time, a load, reps, a distance in km, or rounds plus reps.
Who appears on the leaderboards?
Only people who choose to. Everyone starts hidden from the class whiteboard and the leaderboards, and joins when they like. The platform-wide table never shows the space name.
Do results stay with my space or with the member?
They stay in the space where they were logged. The account belongs to the member and works across spaces, but the history does not move with them yet.
Does this replace programming software?
Partly. Class mode holds the session plan in blocks, ordered for your discipline. It does not periodise a season or set loads as a percentage of a personal best.

Log a result and watch the progress appear.
Two entries already show the direction.

In a new space, Class mode works from the very first class, and each member’s history starts there.

Lite is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Pro comes with a 14-day trial, also with no card.
