Sell memberships, class packs and drop-ins.
Each member books what their plan covers.
Create plans with a price, a limit and a validity period. Rummo checks the limit the moment someone books, and every pack balance keeps itself.
- On Pro, from €29 a month + VAT
- 14-day trial, no card needed
- No minimum term
Simulate a booking and see what the plan allows.
From a new plan to the right balance.
Without counting classes by hand.
Create the plans you sell
Three classes a week, unlimited, a ten-class pack. On an empty space, one button creates three sample plans for you to edit.
Assign a plan to a member
You assign it, or the member buys it in the app. Each plan says whether it is bought and paid, requested for your approval, or front desk only.
Each booking checks the limit
Three a week means three a week. With two plans at once, a booking uses the valid one that ends first. The limit is checked again on the waitlist.
The balance keeps itself
Bought ten, used one, got one back for cancelling in time. Every entry shows where it came from, and the balance is their sum.
You already do this.
Here it is the same work, in one place.
Each member books what their plan covers, and the counting takes care of itself.
Or ask the agent.
It answers with your space’s numbers.
It comes on Pro and Max. Whatever it proposes only runs when you press Confirm.
“Who tried us out and did not stay?”
People still on a trial with no plan, and how many days since they joined.
“Who has overdue payments?”
The list, from the oldest payment to the newest. With the amount, and whether the person has been reminded.
- ProposesRenew plans that are endingThe same as Renew on the member’s file, for a period equal to the current one.
6 things working today.
1 on the free plan.
Lite is free up to its active member limit. Anything marked with another plan needs that plan.

What this part does not do
When a limit is lifted, it comes off this list.
Automatic discounts
Discounts apply to whoever you choose. There are no automatic rules for loyalty or families.
Which plan a booking uses
With two valid plans, a booking uses the one that ends first. The member does not choose.
Pauses and your price tier
A paused member cannot book, but still counts as an active member for Rummo’s price.

From the blog
- Founding member pricing for a new gymHow to price a gym before it opens: the standard price, a founding price with an end date, presale payments, and the four plans to launch with.
- How much to charge for a gym membershipA membership price comes from what an hour costs, how many spots it has, and how full it actually is.
