Members book from their phones.
And the “any spots left?” messages stop.
They book, join the waitlist, cancel, and see their plan and payments. It comes with every plan, and installs from the browser.
- On Lite, free up to 10 active members
- No card needed
- No minimum term
Book a class, or join the full one’s waitlist.
Four screens, in your members' pockets.
Try each one: they all work.
Example with made-up data.
From invite to first booking.
With no app store involved.
Members open your space’s address
From an invite, your public page or the door QR code. They create an account and add the app to their home screen.
See the week and book
The week across the top, the day below, and the spots left in each class. Booking takes two taps.
If a class is full, joins the waitlist
Joining the waitlist uses no class credit. If someone cancels, the spot moves on its own and a notification goes out.
Cancels within the window
Within the window, the class goes back to the plan. After it, it does not, and the rule applies without anyone enforcing it.
You already do this.
Here it is the same work, in one place.
Members do on their own what they ask you for by message today.
9 things working today.
7 on the free plan.
Lite is free up to its active member limit. Anything marked with another plan needs that plan.

What this part does not do
When a limit is lifted, it comes off this list.
An app in the app stores
It is a web app added to the home screen. It is not in the App Store or on Google Play, and its icon is not your logo.
Push notifications
Notifications arrive in the app and by email. There are no phone push notifications.
Member chat
There is no chat and no social feed. This is a booking tool, not a social network.
The app in English
The app itself is in Portuguese for now. This website is in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Getting started
From the blog
- App to book CrossFit classes: a box owner's guideWhat a class booking app has to do for members, the rules to set before launch, and a 30-minute test to pick one.
- How to reduce no-shows in group classesA no-show is a place that could not be sold and a member who did not train. Most of the fix is structural, not motivational.
Try the app as one of your members would.
With the account you already have.
The same account works for managing and for training, so you can see both sides without a second login.
Lite is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Pro comes with a 14-day trial, also with no card.
