Build your standard week once.
The weeks ahead generate themselves.
Set the times, coaches and capacity for each class, and Rummo publishes the weeks ahead. Members book straight away, and the waitlist moves on its own.
- On Lite, free up to 10 active members
- No card needed
- No minimum term
Simulate a cancellation and see who gets in.
From the first class to a published quarter.
In an afternoon.
Create your class types
WOD, Foundations, Reformer, Open Box. Each type has its own capacity, and every session inherits it. On an empty space, one button creates the usual ones for your discipline.
Write your standard week
Pick the class, the days and the time. Add the next time slot in the same step, and save them all at once. Twelve weeks always stay published ahead.
Set your booking rules
When booking opens and closes, the cancellation window, and how many future bookings each person can hold. They apply across the space.
Change only what changes
Changing a timetable’s time moves the future classes nobody edited by hand. Cancelling a class notifies everyone booked. Past classes never change.
You already do this.
Here it is the same work, in one place.
A timetable barely changes week to week. Here, you only write what changes.
Or ask the agent.
It answers with your space’s numbers.
It comes on Pro and Max. Whatever it proposes only runs when you press Confirm.
“Which time slots are the quietest?”
Occupancy for each time slot over the last few weeks, from emptiest to fullest. With the waitlist and the show-up rate.
“Are there classes with a waitlist?”
Classes in the next fourteen days with people waiting, with capacity and bookings.
- ProposesCancel a classThe same as Remove in the calendar. Everyone booked is notified, and pack classes go back to their balance.
7 things working today.
6 on the free plan.
Lite is free up to its active member limit. Anything marked with another plan needs that plan.

What this part does not do
When a limit is lifted, it comes off this list.
Weekly recurrence
Each timetable entry is one weekday and one time. A fortnightly class is set up as one-off classes.
Closed days and classes already generated
A closed day stops new classes being created on it. Classes already generated are cancelled separately, and anyone booked is notified.
Time changes are not announced
Editing the timetable moves future classes, but does not notify people who booked. Send an announcement for that.
Several locations in one account(coming soon)
Today, each space has its own timetable and its own account.
Questions about scheduling
Which plan is Scheduling on, and what does it cost?
Can I start on Lite and move to Pro later?
Does changing a class time break existing bookings?
What about a summer break?
Can members see the workout before class?
Can coaches take attendance on a phone?
Can I build the timetable before I open?

Getting started
From the blog
- How to build a class schedule for a new gymHow many classes to run in week one, which times to pick, the sum that sizes your timetable, and when to add or cut a class.
- How many spots should a group class have?Capacity is not what fits in the room. It is the smallest of three numbers, and getting it wrong in each direction costs different things.
- How to reduce no-shows in group classesA no-show is a place that could not be sold and a member who did not train. Most of the fix is structural, not motivational.
Build your standard week.
The next twelve publish themselves.
On an empty space, one button creates the classes and timetable for your discipline. Change what you need, then open bookings.
Lite is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Pro comes with a 14-day trial, also with no card.
