Software for small-group training Capacity, cancellation rules and class packs for small-group training.

Six spots means six. Late cancellations do not get the class back, and the waitlist offers the spot to the next person. Packs count themselves.

Lite is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Pro comes with a 14-day trial, also with no card.

What one empty spot costs in a class of six. In a small room, every no-show counts.

The seventh booking joins the waitlist.

How it works

In a class of six, every spot counts. The cancellation rule applies itself.

Capacity is respected

Six means six. The seventh booking joins the waitlist, which offers the spot automatically when one opens.

The cancellation window is enforced

Cancel within the window and the class goes back on the plan. Cancel later and it does not. The rule is set in advance and is the same for everyone.

Packs and limited plans keep their own count

A pack balance adds up its entries, and each shows where it came from. Bought ten, used one, got one back for cancelling in time.

A member file to check before class

Plan, usage, upcoming bookings, attendance, no-shows and payments, on one page. The coach opens it on a phone before the member walks in.

Before you open

Your first week. About 12 minutes.

These are steps from the setup list your dashboard shows once the space exists. The times are the ones the app shows.

Start with your space set up

On an empty space, one button on the dashboard creates this. You can edit or delete all of it.

What exists today, and what does not yet.

Everything above works today. These things do not, yet.

  • Fixed, named groups

A group is whoever booked that session. Enrolling someone in every Tuesday at 07:00 in one go is not possible yet.

  • Invoices to your members(coming soon)

Each payment is recorded, but invoices are not issued here yet. You invoice from your own accounting software.

Questions before you start

What does Rummo do for small-group training?
Rummo is booking and management software for small-group training. Six spots means six. Late cancellations do not get the class back, and the waitlist offers the spot to the next person. Packs count themselves.
I only have three people per class for now. Is it worth it?
All three book from their phones, and the waitlist is ready for the day the class fills. Up to 10 active members, you pay nothing.
Can I run classes of two and of six in the same timetable?
Yes. Capacity is set per class type, so a semi-private session for two sits alongside a class of six in one system.
What happens when someone cancels late?
The class is not credited back. You set the rule once, it applies automatically and it is recorded. Nobody has to decide case by case.
Can I sell packs with an expiry?
Yes. A pack has a number of classes and an expiry. The balance adds up every entry, each with its source.
What about private sessions?
They are booked as a session with a capacity of one. They count as attendance and can be paid from a pack.
